About the Role
The Park Manager is responsible for supervising park employees, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for families and children. This role serves as a key contact between guests and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employee performance and daily work activities.
- Serve as a primary contact for guests and employees.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Address guest and employee questions and comments.
- Ensure guests have an excellent and safe experience.
- Interact with families and children of all ages.
- Attend to guests promptly and make them feel comfortable.
- Achieve production goals.
- Create weekly schedules.
- Audit schedules, attendance, and timeclocks.
- Hire qualified employees.
- Manage employee statements, terminations, resignations, and job abandonment cases.
- Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
- Train team members on job duties.
- Open and close the park.
- Communicate guest or employee issues.
- Operate the check-in process, including liability waivers and guest information collection via iPad.
- Operate the front cash counter, manage cash flow, and process payments (cash, credit, debit).
- Verify billing transactions on the POS system.
- Organize refrigerator stock (drinks, snacks, chips, ice cream).
- Manage birthday party bookings, setups, and ensure customer satisfaction during events.
- Manage third-party vendor supplies, orders, and requests.
- Collaborate with corporate teams and communicate through proper channels.
- Monitor snack inventory and order replenishments.
- Regularly walk the floor to identify and address safety hazards and ensure adherence to park rules.
- Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
- Schedule and coordinate family events.
- Participate in weekly meetings with development.
- Ensure correct quantities of deliveries arrive.
- Communicate with suppliers and third parties.
- Set up time and attendance.
- Conduct Amazon account audits nationally.
- Provide services assistance for operations chats.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
