About the Role
Ludico is seeking a dedicated and efficient Server Assistant to support dining room operations in an upscale steakhouse environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to a seamless dining experience with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist servers in delivering water, bread, and other items to tables
- Ensure proper setup of tables, including linens, place settings, and glassware
- Support servers in various tasks to enhance guest experience
- Assist inside work duties, including polishing silverware and glassware
- Maintain knowledge of table numbers and restaurant layout
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
Requirements
- Previous experience as a busser or server assistant in a fine dining setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Professional appearance and impeccable personal hygiene
- Basic understanding of dining etiquette
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Experience in an upscale steakhouse or international fine dining restaurant
