About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated LPN to join our growing team at Canterbury Woods, a continuing care retirement community dedicated to providing older adults with the best possible living experience.
Responsibilities
- Review resident care needs and physician’s orders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including quarterly reviews.
- Prepare, administer, and document medications as per procedure.
- Assure accuracy of medication and treatment book.
- Collect data and report resident concerns for follow-through.
- Ensure that all care notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the resident’s response to the care.
- Ensure appropriateness and completeness of documentation by CNA staff.
- Conduct regular walking rounds of nursing unit.
Requirements
- Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.
- Must be CPR and first aid certified.
- Must have verbal and written English skills.

- Part Time Every Other Weekend (7.5 hours/week)
