About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated CNA to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Williamsville, NY. Canterbury Woods is a continuing care retirement community dedicated to providing older adults with the best possible living experience, from independent living to a full continuum of care. Our CARF-accredited skilled nursing facility proudly features 50 private rooms and a focus on person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (dressing, bathing, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting).
- Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and wheelchair transport.
- Maintain resident care records and document services provided.
- Report to Charge Nurse on Duty the daily needs, unusual symptoms, and progress of residents.
- Provides a high level of customer service and person-centered care approach.
Requirements
- Must have proven work experience and a current New York State CNA certification.
- Must be active on the CNA State Nursing Aide Registry with no findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment, or misappropriation of property.
- Must have verbal and written English skills.

- $17.50 - $21.50 Hourly
- $1.50/hour shift differential for evening shift
- $4,000 recruitment and retention bonus for all Full Time positions
