About the Role

The Club B Specialist is a strategic and results-driven role focused on overseeing and managing the Club B Rewards & Loyalty Program on BEES. This role optimizes audience segmentation, manages the redemption catalogue, executes campaigns, analyzes results, and collaborates cross-functionally. The ideal candidate is data-driven, operationally focused, and capable of driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Create segmented audiences for Club B Campaigns based on user activity/engagement, propensity to redeem, sales data, regional nuances, & Key Account variations.
  • Manage the full Club B Redemption catalogue, re-segmenting and optimizing based on POC engagement and buying behaviour.
  • Manage relationships with current vendors and explore opportunities with new vendors.
  • Launch and monitor all Club B Campaigns & Challenges, adjusting as needed to optimize key metrics.
  • Track and report on Club B and Digital Comms campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Validate regional data, new POCs and active user base to accurately report on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review results & opportunities for platform enhancement.
  • Utilize collaboration, process analysis and cross-functional leadership to identify, analyze and execute solutions to problems with a high sense of urgency and communication.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business or related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, & organizational skills
  • Highly agile in an ever changing digital environment
  • Ability to be comfortable leading a project with ambiguity
  • Strong project management & teamwork skills and orientation
  • Highly adaptable, and capable of handling multiple projects
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration, including regional, internal, and global stakeholders
  • Experience applying appropriate exploration techniques leading your project through conception and innovation
  • Holistic mindset to identify new initiatives internally or externally to help drive the business results for the projects
