About the Role

The National/Midwest Regional Operations Coordinator will provide support for BAA’s national operations team, the Midwest Region, and its General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit wire requests
  • Submit invoices through Workday
  • Serve as vendor contact for Kansas City
  • Coordinate completion of part-time employee spreadsheets for final review and approval from General Manager
  • Administer tax withholding prep for review and approval
  • Assist General Manager with proforma prep
  • Complete Engagement Settlements in multiple cities as needed
  • Coordinate settlement memo drafting & distribution
  • Data entry and maintenance in proprietary database
  • Update and maintain operation data trackers
  • Coordination of expenses for budgeting
  • Auditing Settlements for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Review Final Schedules for accuracy prior to distribution
  • Provide supplemental contract management support as needed
  • Special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize workflow based on deadlines
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pricing proposals and negotiations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues both inside and outside the company at all levels
  • Ability to draft and send e-mails in MS Outlook along with follow-up, as needed
  • Eagerness to learn new skills
  • Comfort with learning new software systems
  • Ability to fully execute tasks within deadlines
  • Flexibility with changing seasonal workloads and responsibilities
