This role balances creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and operational precision, requiring hands-on platform expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to collaboration with internal teams and clients. Awareness of global trends and the ability to adapt content for diverse international markets is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute content across social channels in line with client goals and campaign strategies.
  • Work with Senior Managers and the Social Media Lead to translate strategies into actionable plans and content calendars.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of client tone, audience, and market trends.
  • Ensure all output is on-brand, on-message, and optimised for platform best practices.
  • Support influencer partnerships, community management, and audience engagement activity as required.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools.
  • Produce clear, accurate reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.

  • Identify and escalate risks or opportunities promptly to senior team members.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts.
  • Attend client meetings and present updates or performance insights as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, and Client Services teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help clients improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide strategic input and actionable recommendations to enhance client outcomes and strengthen campaign performance.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and the creative team to brief and review social-first content.
  • Apply a data-led approach to content recommendations and channel strategies.
  • Ensure all content meets Gravity Global’s standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Stay informed on emerging social trends, formats, and technologies.
  • Suggest new ways to improve efficiency, content performance, and workflow.
  • Support testing of new tools, features, and automation initiatives within the social practice.
  • Proactively identify emerging social media trends, tools, and formats to keep clients at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and processes, including project tracking and time management.
  • Support new business pitches, case study creation, and internal marketing initiatives when required.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team culture.

Requirements
