About the Role

Partner with sales and trading, futures clearing, investment banking, securities finance, trade support, client service, legal, and compliance on all facets of the client life cycle, including onboarding, new account openings, periodic refresh, and client offboarding.

Partner with sales and trading, futures clearing, investment banking, securities finance, trade support, client service, legal and compliance on all facets of the client life cycle including client onboarding, new account openings, periodic refresh and client offboarding.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, ideally within Equities Prime Brokerage, Futures Clearing, or Security-Based Swaps.
Client focused with the ability to maintain relationships through various market cycles and product innovations.
Strong team player, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment across different teams and levels.
Ability to operate autonomously when required and as a team player during strategic initiatives, project demands, or increased workload.
Basic understanding of FINRA and SEC regulatory requirements related to customer onboarding in Prime Brokerage and Security-Based Swap Dealer environments.
Familiarity with core Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements for institutional clients.
Exposure to BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and FinCEN regulations.
Experience assisting with KYC due diligence processes, including information gathering, initial risk assessments, and identifying issues for escalation.
Exposure to, or willingness to learn, screening tools such as WorldCheck and CLEAR.
Willingness to perform basic manual research tasks to complete end-to-end KYC reports.
Familiarity with or openness to learning how to conduct periodic KYC refreshes for existing clients.
