About the Role
Assist in the day-to-day operations of order fulfillment in a distribution center that is transitioning to an automated RF scanning system.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve and deliver documents between the warehouse and the main office.
- Sort pick tickets and assign tasks to team members.
- Record order assignments using Excel.
- Prepare the loading dock for outbound deliveries.
- Load outbound LTL freight onto delivery trucks.
- Record outbound loads using Excel.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Distribution.
- Experience working in a warehouse with some management responsibility.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable switching between multiple responsibilities.
