About the Role
The Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist leads digital marketing and communications initiatives to drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand awareness, and support business objectives. This role partners with various teams to develop content, manage digital channels, and deliver integrated marketing programs, while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and improve the company website, including content planning, landing page development, and user experience.
- Lead the development of digital and visual marketing assets such as sales collateral, social media graphics, and website graphics.
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing content and deliverables, including thought leadership, customer success stories, and digital campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of webinars and virtual events.
- Execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Serve as a primary marketing resource for partner marketing initiatives.
- Provide design and production support for customer presentations, proposal graphics, and sales collateral.
- Assist with event marketing by creating booth graphics, signage, and promotional materials.
- Utilize AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement and quality control efforts.
- Continuously learn and develop professionally.
- Support corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and company policies.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications.
- Experience managing website content using a content management system (WordPress preferred).
- Demonstrated experience creating professional marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience creating marketing content across multiple formats (blogs, email, presentations, website, webinars, social media).
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (websites, email marketing, social media).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and virtual event support.
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools for marketing productivity and content development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating website, presentation, digital marketing, and creative work.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
