About the Role
Collaborate with community employers to create job opportunities, foster positive relationships, and attend sessions to expand job prospects. Develop various types of jobs, provide employment readiness training, and manage program paperwork. Help people prepare for competitive employment, including work ethics, attitude, and professional appearance. Coach people in their roles and support communication among coworkers and supervisors.

- Valid NYS driver's license meeting Agency standards required
