About the Role
The Digital Design Consultant partners with the Design Hub to understand business and learning objectives, proposing digital and technology-based solutions to enhance learning experiences. This role involves advising on and supporting the implementation of new and existing technologies for training programs, including risk management.
Responsibilities
- Propose, create/curate, and implement technology-enabled learning experiences at a programmatic level.
- Provide consultation services and support to the Design Hub team in adopting new and existing digital and technology-based solutions.
- Pilot and implement new technology & tools into TD&C programmes, supporting their transition to BAU and contributing to process documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of existing technology-based supplier products and services, making recommendations as needed.
- Demonstrate a creative approach to learning design, articulating how technology can augment learner experiences and increase effectiveness.
Requirements
- Supported conversations with relevant business stakeholders (e.g., SMEs) to enable learning content development.
- Led the briefing and training of onsite team members, facilitators, and/or hosts regarding technology aspects of programs.
- Maintained and developed tools to support the CoE in delivering technology-enhanced learning solutions (e.g., Digital Learning Toolkit).
- Worked closely with People Solutions Learning Experience teams and Integrated Services Events teams to define logistical requirements and maintain project plans.
