About the Role

Join Amazon's Display Advertising team to build meaningful partnerships with internal business teams while shaping the future of digital marketing. You'll provide strategic guidance on campaign management, technical support, and best practices, directly influencing how Amazon reaches and engages customers across web, mobile, video, and audio formats.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal business teams by providing consultative support, technical guidance, and industry best practices to help them achieve their advertising objectives.
  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education to ensure teams can effectively use our advertising platform and continuously optimize their campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve results, identifying trends and opportunities across multiple campaigns and business units.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuring timely resolution of platform-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback, identify platform improvements, and help shape the evolution of our tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
