About the Role
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Skilled Trades Recruiters to join the team. This position is responsible for recruiting tradespeople across the country to serve our client's needs. This is an entry-level recruiting position with limitless room for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented position
- Periodic evening and weekend work required
- Highly motivated, quick learning individual who works well with a team
- Previous experience in fast-paced high volume customer service, recruiting experience, or other related experience
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual preferred but not required
