About the Role
Soccer Shots is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Sports Coaches. This role involves leading high-energy, fun, and age-appropriate soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years old, aiming to make a positive and lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
- Deliver a curriculum that emphasizes soccer skills and character development.
- Create a fun and engaging environment for children.
- Manage and carry equipment for sessions.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for children and sports.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Great energy, excellent communication skills, and responsible.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 1.5-8.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Own vehicle access.
- Comfortable commuting to different schools, parks, and venues.
- Ability to handle, manage, and carry equipment.
- Ability to stand, jog, and model skills.
- Must have or obtain state-required clearances.
