About the Role
As a deputy store manager, you will be responsible for a JYSK store together with the store manager, motivating your team to achieve great results and ensuring the best shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Together with the store management, you are responsible for a JYSK store.
- Support your store management in developing the store team on the sales floor in accordance with JYSK values.
- Take initiative to positively influence key figures and motivate the team to achieve great results.
- Implement and monitor store concepts and routines.
- Take responsibility for sales and routine tasks in the store together with the store management.
Requirements
