About the Role
Join JYSK's exclusive Store Manager Trainee program to learn our retail concept from the ground up and develop into a leader responsible for your own store. This is an opportunity to grow within an international company that fosters development and entrepreneurial thinking.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop your store team according to JYSK's values and leadership principles.
- Monitor key performance indicators, initiate sales-boosting activities, and manage your store with a focus on results.
- Ensure your team is 100% focused on sales and delivering a first-class shopping experience.
- Implement store concepts and actively participate on the sales floor and with stock replenishment as a role model.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail, gastronomy, or the service industry (e.g., assistant store manager, shift leader).
- Strong customer and sales orientation, with the ability to provide excellent service and inspire your team.
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take responsibility and exceed goals.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
