About the Role
This role involves reviewing customer signals and user exchanges related to targeting, tracking, and surveillance for our client, Anthropic. You will enforce workflows and policy guidelines, and collaborate with various teams on emerging trends and policy refinement.
Responsibilities
- Review customer signals and user exchanges related to targeting, tracking, and surveillance.
- Enforce workflows and policy guidelines.
- Collaborate with Strategy Analysts, Policy Managers, and Threat Intelligence Investigators on emerging trends, policy gaps, and classifier refinement.
- Provide weekly reporting.
- Handle customer appeals.
- Support surge review.
Requirements
- Experience with Targeting, Tracking and Surveillance policy content.
- Quick learner.
- Proactive.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
Skills
- Content moderation/Trust & Safety background (Bonus)
- Familiarity with digital platform policy enforcement (Bonus)
- Understanding of AI ethics (Bonus)
Salary/Compensations
- USD 120 - USD 120 - hourly
