About the Role
Major Food Group is seeking a Porter/Dishwasher to join the team at THE GRILL, a historically based American chophouse.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of Back of House and Front of House areas
- Clean and sort all dishes and flatwear
- Mop and take out trash as necessary
- Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, and walls
- Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 0-1 years experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, Janitor, or similar role
- Dependable, hard-working, and punctual
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Night-shift availability, 5pm to 1am
