Requirements

Must be 21+ years old (NYS OCM requirement)
Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I-9 docs)
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable with flexible gig work
Reliable transportation to various local farm and processing sites
Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift
Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions
Able to crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
