About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Product team, you will design and build features that healthcare providers use daily. You will be surrounded by leading AI minds and exposed to the latest advancements in the field. Within the first 6 months, you will own product initiatives end-to-end, from shaping the user experience to shipping high-quality code. You will be a key voice in development processes, ensuring speed without sacrificing reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect major product features leveraging AI to deliver a magical user experience
- Anticipate system bottlenecks and proactively re-architect key system components
- Lead product initiatives with high strategic value, accelerating iteration speed and preventing technical debt
- Hold the codebase to a high standard and assist in developing engineering processes that encourage shipping high-quality code
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent
- 5+ years experience tackling challenging zero-to-one software engineering problems spanning multiple teams
- Strong product instinct with a focus on end-user experience
- Comfortable moving across the stack to take projects to the finish line
- Demonstrated ability to own execution from inception through to successful outcomes
- Low-ego team player who prioritizes co-discovering the best ideas
- Values being a kind, encouraging, and supportive teammate
- Thrives in environments with high levels of complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity
