Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth. We are looking for a Title Clerk to join our Cowboy Harley-Davidson of Austin team!
Responsibilities
- Handles information regarding Motorcycle registration.
- Processes legal documents and other state-required documents.
- Processes all new and used motorcycle for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Prepares tax and title documents.
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles or from receiving dealership.
- Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
- Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.
- Processes payments made to titling agencies.
- Processes duplicate title requests as needed.
- Make lien payoffs.
- Post Motorcycle deals.
- Post F & I products sold.
- Processes end of month payments.
- Records and maintains new and used inventory in Light Speed System.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Organized, detail-oriented individual required.
- Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements.
- Knowledge of loan origination functions mandatory.
- Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers as well as employees.
- Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.
