About the Role
Envoy Air is seeking individuals to join their team committed to providing outstanding service. This role involves training new hires on ramp operations and ground handling functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on instruction for Envoy Initial Ramp Training.
- Be proficient in all work locations performed by fleet service clerks.
- Teach all aircraft ground handling functions, including dispatch of aircraft with Lektro Tug units.
- Strictly adhere to all EGOM and Envoy rules, regulations, and safety policies.
- Responsible for orientation, classroom instruction assistance, and completing training modules, daily logs, and monitoring forms for new hires.
- Conduct training on the airfield under all weather conditions.
- Work in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet competing deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking skills.
- Work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license.
- Maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required.
- Must be able to select, train, guide, and motivate employees.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Have a working knowledge of PCs and software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
