About the Role
Become an integral part of our Customer Experience team, where you will be at the forefront of shaping our customer journeys. You will build on Bell’s Strategic Imperative to Champion Customer Experience and reinforce our commitment to put the customer first in everything we do. Design innovative, customer-centric processes, policies, products and services, while upholding our Customer-First Commitments to make it easier for customers to do business with Bell. As part of our team, you will be at the heart of our customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define & Champion Strategic Vision: Establish a compelling long-term digital product vision that aligns with Bell’s business objectives and puts the customer first.
- Own the Digital Roadmap & Backlog: Build, prioritize, and oversee complex, multi-team roadmaps and product backlogs that drive meaningful business impact and customer value.
- Lead Agile Execution: Act as the primary Product Owner in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives). Translate market demand and customer requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with UX/UI design, engineering, QA, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and go-to-market execution.
- Influence Senior Stakeholders: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing clear, data-driven recommendations on product strategy, risks, and progress.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Focus on initiatives that deliver measurable results (e.g., revenue growth, user engagement, retention) and use analytics to continuously optimize the digital experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, specifically within digital platforms, e-commerce, or telecommunications.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working directly with development squads.
- Strong ability to conduct deep market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify trends and gaps.
- Strong communication and listening skills with the proven ability to lead without formal authority and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical constraints into commercially viable, scalable digital solutions.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
