About the Role
IQVIA is seeking an experienced Clinical Coding Auditor in London, UK, to produce data quality reports, deliver clinical coding audits, and provide training and expert advice to support documentation and data quality improvements.
Responsibilities
- Producing monthly data quality and targeted audit reports
- Delivering clinical coding audits, including targeted reviews, bespoke audits, and deep-dive analyses
- Providing feedback and improvement sessions with clinical, coding, operational, and management teams
- Facilitating clinician engagement workshops
- Leading SHMI, mortality, and clinical quality improvement initiatives
- Providing training and education on CCA reports, dashboards, coding quality, casemix, and data interpretation
- Managing clinical coding services, including operational oversight and quality monitoring
- Providing expert coding advice and specialist consultancy
- Developing, enhancing, and maintaining CCA products, reports, and dashboards
- Supporting wider strategic, analytical, and client-driven projects
- Participating/leading teams in the design, development and delivery of technology/service based projects
- Reviewing and analyzing client requirements/problems
- Proposing and delivering cost-effective solutions
- Performing qualitative/quantitative analyses
- Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations
- Recommending improvements and alternative solutions
- Providing follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Proactively developing broader and deeper knowledge of technology/services solutions and trends
- Managing work streams, assigning tasks and driving them to completion
- Assisting with business development activities
Requirements
- NHS Approved/Accredited Clinical Coding Auditor
- Solid project management skills
- Client influencing skills
- Relationship building skills
- Strong technical architecture / design or development experience desired
- Ability to work willingly and effectively with others across the organization
- Experience developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the industry
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects within a given CoE
