About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
- Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Create a seamless omnichannel experience by utilizing available tools.
- Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
- Contribute to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals.
- Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
- Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
- Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
- For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
