About the Role
Join our 3-doctor team for a paid externship designed to give veterinary students valuable, real-world clinical experience in a supportive hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn alongside experienced veterinarians and technicians.
- Gain exposure to wellness and preventive care.
- Gain exposure to surgery and anesthesia.
- Gain exposure to dentistry.
- Gain exposure to diagnostics and laboratory services.
- Gain exposure to urgent care and medical cases.
- Gain exposure to client communication and patient care.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
- Certain graded externships may not be eligible for payment, based on the requirements of the student’s veterinary school curriculum.
