About the Role
Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Orthopaedic Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join their growing team in Geneva, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in orthopaedic patient care within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. The role works closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons in clinic and surgical settings, providing patient evaluations, diagnosis and treatment, pre/post-operative care, and office procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient evaluations, diagnosis and treatment
- Manage pre/post-operative care
- Perform office procedures
- Assist in surgical settings
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Current/eligible New York State NP/PA license
- National certification
- Current BLS and ACLS
- DEA license or eligibility
Skills
- Orthopaedic experience preferred
- Sports Medicine experience preferred
- Musculoskeletal experience preferred
- Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Surgical experience preferred
- Fracture care
- Casting
- Splinting
- Joint injections
- Surgical first-assist experience preferred
- Ability to interpret musculoskeletal imaging
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong patient education skills
- Strong documentation skills
