About the Role
Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner while delivering and returning guest vehicles. Assists guests upon entering and exiting their vehicles and responds to specific guest needs and requests.
Responsibilities
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow associates.
- Delivers and retrieves guest vehicles to and from the casino front entrance and valet parking lot.
- Assists guests upon entering and exiting their vehicles.
- Locks cars and gives keys to dispatcher.
- Adheres to all departmental safety standards and procedures.
- Dispatches as scheduled.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driver abstract.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must obtain and maintain a St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Work Permit license, which requires a criminal background check.
- Must submit to and pass a drug test for illegal substances prior to employment confirmation.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
