About the Role

This client-facing position combines relationship management, operational excellence, and strategic support for an Advisor team. You will work with high-net-worth clients on complex wealth planning initiatives, bridging client needs with advisor expertise to advance your career in wealth management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for client contact and managing key timelines.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Support the seamless onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the Advisor team.
  • Prepare meeting materials, coordinate client meetings, and support the wealth management planning process.
  • Maintain accurate, current, and compliant client files and documentation.
  • Triage incoming communications and follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement.
  • Update team communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Liaise with various departments and external partners to provide timely solutions and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
  • 2–5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong proficiency with business applications and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to provide world-class client service that is professional, warm, and personable
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of investment and wealth management concepts
