About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a dynamic commercial real estate location by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, responding to concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, exterior grounds, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and report maintenance, lighting, or other property concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Skills
