About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture while working collaboratively and acting with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of activity within assigned areas to help protect personnel, property, and confidential information.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or potential hazards according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and coordinating with emergency responders when needed.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, access-related activity, and other security-related observations.
Requirements
- Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
- Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
