About the Role

Provides support to designated customers, managing orders from PO creation through delivery. Handles complex and non-routine customer inquiries primarily via email.

Responsibilities

  • Processes complex orders based on customer requests.
  • Checks pricing and availability of products.
  • Partners with shipping department to ensure timely order completion.
  • Proactively communicates any changes to the shipping schedule to customers.
  • Utilizes CRM and other systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Manages complex orders involving multiple parts and coordinated shipments.
  • Assists with warranty claims and replacement of damaged parts.
  • Builds relationships with assigned customers.
  • Answers questions from lower-level team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focus on details.
  • Limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
  • Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
