About the Role
Develop innovative and customer-focused multimedia training products for L3Harris end users and employees. This role bridges technical experts and learners, collaborating with SMEs, instructional designers, and developers to create engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Consult with team members, internal customers, and subject matter experts to create video scripts, elearning lessons, and other copy for engaging end-user training products
- Transform complex technical concepts into easily understood topics, examples, and scenarios
- Collaborate with instructional and graphic designers to bring learning content to life
- Work with the Multimedia team to develop new and inventive ways of applying visual design, animation and graphic design to achieve learning goals and promote engagement, and deliver world-class customer support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, English, technology, engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in writing about technical concepts for audiences with a variety of educational and cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and utilize input from multiple sources, subject matter experts, and skill levels
- Familiarity with tactical communication and military operations a plus but not necessary
- Provide 2-3 writing samples, or a link to your professional portfolio with your application
