About the Role

The People Experience Representative serves as a welcoming first point of contact for our teams, customers, suppliers, and guests, creating a positive, people-first impression through professional interactions, clear communications, and seamless administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming reception experience, greeting visitors, managing sign-in and directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate people.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and select external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and company updates, aligned with our culture and values.
  • Maintain current information across bulletin boards, digital communication channels, and employee resources.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and onboarding activities, including scheduling, materials, and room preparation.
  • Support employee events, recognition, and engagement initiatives that strengthen connection and workplace culture.
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Performance team, maintaining accurate documentation, organized records, and confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A warm, approachable manner and a strong service mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • The ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and respond to changing needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Initiative, a collaborative approach, and an enthusiasm for supporting people and workplace culture.
