About the Role

This role focuses on achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. The position involves directly selling Oracle's product offerings, managing accounts through the entire sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. It requires identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities, as well as presenting value propositions and negotiating complex deals with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory.
  • Sell directly or via partners within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities using inbound and/or outbound techniques.
  • Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process.
  • Collaborate with business development, consulting, and support teams to uncover customer needs.
  • Understand Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals.
  • Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
  • Present to C-levels at customer sites to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
  • Liaise with customer contacts to manage the customer relationship, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions, ecommerce, ERP, or CRM in a sales capacity.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale.
  • Proven track record of being a top producer.
  • Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
  • Ability to learn technology and translate it into value for prospects.
  • Curious, insightful, and perceptive.
  • Outstanding writing skills.
  • Friendly, thoughtful, and effective communication style.
  • Attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and quick turnaround times.
