About the Role
As a Global Equities Program Manager - Vice President within the Global Equities team at JPMorgan Chase, you will lead and manage strategic programs and initiatives from conception to execution. Your work will impact various departments, including Equities Businesses, Technology, Product Development, Finance, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects across Equities and Prime to deliver results aligned with business strategy.
- Define and oversee integrated program plans, aligning resources, milestones, and deliverables to strategic objectives and ensuring accountability across all workstreams.
- Manage a robust and auditable governance process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all projects.
- Establish and lead senior governance, communicating progress, updates, risks, and issues to a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Ensure all programs are completed in accordance with all risk, control, and other relevant firm-wide guidelines, maintaining the integrity of our control environment.
- Take ownership of high-visibility projects that directly impact the firm’s strategic direction.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in managing or leading complex programs in a financial services setting from inception to execution.
- Knowledge of financial markets or related financial services.
- Demonstrable experience in project governance and senior stakeholder management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
