About the Role
The Eligibility and Enrollment Specialist will work directly in the Youth Service Program, receiving and processing all referrals to services, verifying eligibility, and completing insurance authorizations. This role reports directly to the Youth Services Program Director.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process all referrals to services
- Verify eligibility
- Complete insurance authorizations
Requirements
- Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance and OMH Criminal Background Check (CFTSS) and DOH Criminal History Review Check (HCBS) for criminal convictions.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets agency insurability guidelines.

- At least two years of experience in human services working with children, youth and families.
Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a related field
Salary/Compensations
- $20.00-$21.52 per hour
