This role is for a proven producer who will leverage their established book of business or track record of new business acquisition to further grow within personal or commercial lines. The agency provides a supportive platform with national carrier access and a collaborative team to ensure resources are available for growth.

Responsibilities

Bring and grow an established book of business.
Prospect and close new business consistently.
Build long-term relationships with clients and centers of influence.
Partner with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting.
Leverage Patriot's carrier relationships and platform.
Mentor newer producers on prospecting and closing.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license
A proven production history and an established or transportable book of business, typically 5+ years of producer experience.
A track record of consistent new business production, with references or results that can be verified
Working knowledge of coverage forms, exposures, and marketing strategy across primary lines of business
