About the Role
Lead product strategy across cross-platform initiatives enabled by the DSS Platform. Partner across business, product, technology, data, and control teams to shape priorities, align roadmaps, and deliver scalable platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy across DSS Platform-enabled initiatives, shaping cross-platform priorities, roadmaps, and deliverables.
- Drive roadmap alignment across data domains by partnering with stakeholders to identify common needs and prioritize reusable capabilities.
- Advance data strategy pillars (Resiliency, Quality, Governance, Accessibility, Commerciality) into actionable platform initiatives.
- Own large-scale strategic deliverables, including platform modernization, data quality improvement, governance simplification, data access enablement, and data product commercialization.
- Translate strategy into execution by defining product outcomes, sequencing work, managing dependencies, and resolving execution barriers.
- Enable senior stakeholder alignment through roadmap updates, decision materials, executive narratives, and performance reporting.
- Define and own strategic priorities, roadmaps, investment themes, and execution plans aligned to Data Solutions and Services and enterprise objectives.
- Develop and execute initiatives across Resiliency, Quality, Governance, Accessibility, and Commerciality, linking platform work to enterprise data priorities.
- Lead high impact workstreams across platform modernization, data quality improvement, governance simplification, access enablement, and commercialization of data capabilities.
- Move initiatives from concept to delivery by defining outcomes, sequencing work, managing dependencies, resolving execution barriers, and ensuring clear ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 12 – 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, product strategy, platform strategy, data strategy, or technology-enabled business transformation.
- Proven ability to own and deliver large-scale enterprise or platform initiatives with senior executive visibility and cross-functional complexity.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data products, data governance, analytics, operating models, and platform modernization.
- Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to manage teams, coach talent, and raise the quality of strategic analysis and execution.
