About the Role
This role is for an experienced producer who has proven their ability to produce and is looking to scale their established business. You will have the platform and resources to grow your book of business across personal or commercial lines, supported by a collaborative team and national carrier access.
Responsibilities
- Bring and grow an established book of business so that your production history becomes the foundation for what's next.
- Prospect and close new business consistently so that your book keeps expanding.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and centers of influence for repeatable growth.
- Partner with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting.
- Leverage Patriot's carrier relationships and platform for support.
- Mentor newer producers on prospecting and closing.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Proven production history and an established or transportable book of business (typically 5+ years of producer experience)
- Track record of consistent new business production
- Working knowledge of coverage forms, exposures, and marketing strategy across primary lines of business
- Ability to build trust quickly and maintain it through delivery
- Resilience to handle hard markets or lost deals without losing momentum
- Ownership of book and numbers
- Ability to read and adjust to dynamics in various professional settings
- Desire for a platform that matches ambition with resources and autonomy
