About the Role
As a trusted point of contact for patients, you will guide them through the sales process of our digital therapy programs, ensuring they feel supported with their medical needs and improving their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted point of contact for patients from initial phone contact through detailed consultation to prescription.
- Guide patients through the sales process of digital therapy programs, including 'App on Prescription'.
- Hand over patients to the Success Team for content and technical inquiries after prescription issuance.
- Keep sales targets in view and be motivated to exceed them.
Requirements
- Professional experience in sales or customer consulting, preferably in a health and/or tech startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ideally experience in telesales.
- Enjoy and have patience in dealing with people, with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with standard IT applications.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
