About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Personal Care Aides to join our team, focusing on providing supervision and assistance to residents, ensuring they feel genuinely cared for.
Responsibilities
- Provides care, supervision, and assistance to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Receives and gives shift reports for assigned residents to the charge person.
- Changes linens, collects soiled linens, and distributes clean linens as required.
- Assists residents in maintaining their room, bathroom, and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner.
- Provides direction and assistance with personal care functions including grooming, haircare, shaving, nail care, dental care, dressing, bathing, toileting, walking, transfers, and eating.
- Takes and records weights as directed.
Requirements
- Must be dedicated to providing care and building relationships with residents.
