About the Role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles involve acting as specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement roles focus on being advocates of guest experience, welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles are experts of operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These roles offer opportunities to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling.
Engage in compelling visual merchandising presentations.
Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
Focus on guest interaction and recovery.
Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Requirements
