About the Role
Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Pediatric LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while enjoying flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and outstanding clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in their homes.
Requirements
- Active New York Registered Nurse LPN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
- Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year), or chest X-ray if applicable
- Proof of MMR immunity (laboratory report)
