About the Role
Target is seeking individuals to join their team in various seasonal roles, including Specialty Sales, Service & Engagement, and General Merchandise & Food Sales. These positions offer opportunities to develop skills in guest service, retail business fundamentals, and operational efficiency while working in a dynamic and energetic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Operate cash registers accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fun and energetic environment.
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent guest service.
- Interest in stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular attendance is necessary.
