About the Role
Target is seeking individuals to join their team in various seasonal roles, including sales, service, and general merchandise. These positions offer opportunities to develop skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, and operational efficiency while working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Operate cash registers accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fun and energetic environment.
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent guest service.
- Interest in stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Capability to resolve guest questions quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
- Regular attendance is necessary.
