About the Role
Target is seeking individuals to join their team in various seasonal roles, focusing on guest experience, sales, and operations. These positions offer opportunities to develop skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, and operational efficiency within a dynamic and energetic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Operate cash registers accurately.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fun and energetic environment.

- Interest in stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
