About the Role
Target is seeking individuals to join their team in various seasonal roles, focusing on sales, guest experience, and merchandise operations. These positions offer opportunities to develop skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, and operational efficiency within a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Operate cash registers accurately.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fun and energetic environment.
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent guest service.
- Interest in stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
- Willingness to work busy periods, including weekends.
