About the Role

The Contract and Revenue Operations Manager for APJC will manage and develop the ICON and Order-to-Revenue (O2R) teams, overseeing the end-to-end Statements of Work (SOW) contracting process and downstream partner onboarding, invoicing, project creation, customer billing, and cost/revenue reporting operations for the APJC region. This role requires expertise in contract operations, team leadership, and strategic contribution, serving as the primary escalation point and partnering with various departments to enhance contract and revenue processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, recruit, and develop a team of specialists, including onboarding, training, performance management, and setting quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve systemic or cross-deal issues, keeping management informed.
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, guiding decisions and handling sensitive conversations.
  • Partner with global peers and stakeholders to deliver in-region outcomes aligned with global strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to meet strategic goals, implement process improvements, and support change management.
  • Own the Statements of Work (SOW) contracting process end-to-end, including drafting, reviewing, approving, and tracking status.
  • Own the Order-to-Revenue (O2R) process end-to-end, impacting partner cost, revenue enablement, and seller compensation.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing to enable revenue recognition and support sales compensation.
  • Own cost and revenue accruals, oversee purchase order creation, and manage end-to-end partner payments.
  • Lead special projects to drive automation and integration across operations and business teams.
  • Maintain month-end financial accuracy, operational compliance, and enhance the overall experience for sellers, partners, and customers.
  • Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other BI systems to support reporting cycles.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of managing an operational team of people in a customer support/service environment or diverse ecommerce operations experience.
  • 3+ years of operations management experience.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment.
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
  • Proven ability to handle complex deals independently with consistent quality.
